*Sometimes the chairs are either at the top or the bottom of the gondola. You may want to call ahead in order to allow enough time for the chairs to make it to their destination.

Mid-Vail

Wheelchairs are located just inside of the main doors of the Terrace Level, usually on the left.
Wheelchairs are available to use on both the upper and lower levels of the lodge but keep in mind that the accessible bathroom is downstairs and bathrooms are easier to access by using the lower entrance, on the Terrace level.
If you would like to eat on the upper level, you can access the employee service elevator to get to the bathrooms or food service area by notifying any of the staff. The lower level does have food service but not to the full extent that the upper cafeteria has upstairs.

Two Elk Lodge

Wheelchairs are located by the front doors of the main entrance on the upper level. The bathrooms are located just inside of the main entrance on the left.

We are currently adding information to the maps section. Please check back.

Lionshead and Vail Village Parking

During the winter season, covered parking is available at the Lionshead and Vail Village parking structures. On weekends and holidays, these 2500 spaces frequently fill up. Once the structures are filled, parking on South Frontage Road is permitted. Parking garage fees are hourly, with a $16 daily rate. Cash and credit cards are accepted. Free parking at these garages are limited to 1.5 hours. Parking is also free after 3PM.
* Accessible parking is available on all levels of the Vail parking structure. (Accessible Town of Vail Map)

* Lionshead parking structure has accessible parking located on the lower level which is street level.

Extended Roof Parking at the Vail Transportation Center

Two free parking spaces are available for extended roof vehicles on the upper level of the Vail Transportation Center. Keep in mind that these spaces are a good distance from the slopes. You may want to drop off equipment and passengers at a closer location if you are transporting heavy equipment to the Vista Bahn chairlift from the Vail parking garage.

Parking at Golden Peak

There are two free accessible parking spaces located at the Golden Peak Children's Center. From the main Vail round-a-bout, head East on the South Frontage Road and yield right at the stop sign. Follow the road down the hill until you see the Children's Center on the right. Availability is first-come-first-serve.

Valet parking is also available near Golden Peak in addition to self parking at the Larkspur Club for $30.00 a day.
