Accessible parking, hotels, restaurants, restrooms and elevator locations are indicated on this map along with accessible walking routes outlined in orange. The map can be printed out on both legal and letter size paper. For easier viewing, we suggest printing this map out on legal or 11.5 x 14 paper size.

Some restaurants may have an alternate entrance but phone numbers are provided on the bottom of the map if you require assistance to access alternate routes.

Parking is either free, fee based, seasonal or employee parking. Check the key for details on pricing, limitations or specific details.

Open for lunch and dinner reservations only. They can assist in transferring guests into the sleigh that takes you to the cabin. The adventure begins with an open-air sleigh ride pulled behind a snow cat. Blankets are provided but warm attire is suggested. Wheelchair available for ski-in-ski-out guests.

Lockers

Lockers and basket storage are located at the entrance to the Village Hall building next to the Coyote Cafe at the top of the first escalator.

Beaver Creek offers complimentary shuttle service to all guests traveling from Beaver Creek to Bachelor Gulch and Arrowhead. Simply call Village Transportation at (970) 949-1938 or ask your concierge to book a shuttle. Please allow 10-20 minutes for pickup.
Not all small shuttles have wheelchair lifts but drivers can dispatch buses with accessible vans to your location.

Full-size accessible buses access the Beaver Creek parking lots and take visitors to the base of Beaver Creek Village by the covered bridge.

Parking Lot Shuttles

Beaver Creek provides complementary buses from both Elk and Bear Lots which take visitors from the free parking lots at the base of the mountain up to Beaver Creek Village . In the summer, these buses operate on a half-hour loop.

Lift Specifications

There are two type of lifts that service the base area, some buses have lifts and some have ramps. Due to the high country weather, sometimes the lifts may experience technical difficulties due to the winter weather. The bus companies make an effort to see that everything is in working order to the best of their ability.

Town of Avon Buses

Depart throughout the day from the Elk parking lot.

ECO Transit operates a bus service along highway 6, between Vail, Beaver Creek, Avon and Edwards. For more information call (970) 328-3520.
Operates on fee scale.


Vilar Center for the Arts

Vilar Center for the Arts Parking and Elevator Access

Easy access is available to and from pay parking by using the Villa Montane parking structure. Take the elevator up to the Plaza/Mall level, (press "M"). Proceed down the hall past the art galleries and locate the elevator by the restrooms. Take this elevator to the Vilar Center (press "S") or access the escalators next to the ice rink.
Taking the bus from the free parking lots at the base of Beaver Creek.

If you take the bus, travel from the bus stop to the covered bridge and head left toward the ice rink to access the escalators or elevators described above.
*We recommend arriving at least 15-20 minutes early for shows to avoid crowds and to assist the staff with special seating options.
