Located about 14 miles west of Vail and 4 miles west of Avon on I-70, the town of Edwards is often the most affordable option for people who want to visit or work in the Vail Valley and don't mind driving a short distance to the ski areas. There are plenty of dining and shopping options available in town including a wine and cheese shop/store at "Eat" "Drink" and also a small portion menu restaurant upstairs at "Dish"
There are also a good variety of pubs, American cuisine, Italian, Mexican, steaks, and more all located within a few blocks of each other. Area hot spots often include local bands or are set up to watch your favorite sports team on the many flat screen TV's just about anywhere you want to go.
